Driving Directions:        
From Seattle take I-5 North to Exit 208 to Highway 530 East to Arlington. Follow Highway for 32 miles to the intersection with Mountain Loop Highway in Darrington. Turn right and follow the road for 3.1 mile. Look for a small parking on the right side of the road in about 0.2 mile after Mt. Baker-Snoqalmie National Forest sign, but before the bridge over Clear Creek. There are no trailhead sign.
Trailhead:        
Water available only at the trailhead, capmsites and toilet are at Clear Creek Campground on the opposite side of the road.
Trail:        
The trail goes gradually uphill. For about 0.3 mile it follows the creek with a very steep bank, then comes to the road and in about 0.2 mile reaches the bridge. In a mile the trail brings you to the lake. The lake is pretty, with lots of lilies.
